After completing a PhD in neuroscience at the Collège de France (Paris) and defending it in 2008, focusing on the links between stress and addiction, Sébastien Parnaudeau did a post-doctoral fellowship at Columbia University (New York, USA). In 2014, Sébastien Parnaudeau was recruited by the CNRS as a researcher. He then joined the Neuroscience Paris Seine department (IBPS, Paris), where he currently co-leads the GRAB team (Gene Regulation and Adaptive Behavior). His work focuses on understanding the mechanisms that enable the adaptation of behaviors in response to environmental changes such as stress or, more generally, during social life.
