About abstract submission
Deadline for submission: July 1st, 5pm.
The selection will be announced by the end of July 2025.
Abstracts that are not selected for a talk will be kept for a poster.
About posters:
Poster size: 1m large x 1.60m high max. Vertical format.
The number of posters will be limited to 30 to 40 posters (amount to be confirmed)
About short talks:
Slot: 10min + 5min of Q&A
